The $49 million facility opened in 1999 and sits on a 75-acre plot in the 220-acre light industrial park. The structure is used for the manufacturing of Deere's six-wheel utility tractors, and just last summer, the company added a 64,000-square-foot paint plant within the 300,000-sf warehouse. Deere officials say employees will have vacated the premises by October 31; at which point the company's real estate division will market the property. Gift manufacturer Design Master occupies a 40,000-sf building in the park.
