$13.2M Loan for LI Hilton Garden Inn

NEW YORK CITY-Linchris Hotel Partners of Long Island LLC has secured $13.2 million in permanent mortgage financing for the development of the Hilton Garden Inn, currently under construction in Ronkonkoma, Long Island. Paul Fitzpatrick of Insignia/ESG Hotel Partners’ New York office arranged the loan through G.E. Capital.

The 165-room property will be located on Veterans Memorial Highway, less than one quarter mile from Long Island MacArthur Airport. The hotel, which will be managed by Linchris Hotel Corp. of Hanover, MA, is expected to open in May 2003.
