In the largest transactions, Harcourt Inc. renewed for 40,000 sf of warehouse space for the educational materials it produces, and Evergreen Printing Ink renewed for its existing 35,170 sf in two buildings and expanded to a total of 51,200 sf, according to Hayley Knopple, associate general manager for Interstate Business Park. The two companies are long-time tenants at the sprawling development.

Other renewals were by Envirotol Inc., a distributor of cleaning and office supplies (10,000 sf); Pacific Special Supply Corp. (10,000 sf); and Flow Control (5,000 sf). Also, direct mailer Total Mailing system signed an expansion lease for 5,000 sf, bringing its total presence to nearly 14,400 sf, and new leases were signed by Transforce Inc., Northstar Appraisal Corp. and Ott & Zimmerman.
