Leases Totaling 122,000 SF Signed at Korman Property

BELLMAWR, NJ-Leases totaling more than 122,000 sf have been signed at Interstate Business Park in this South Jersey/metro Philadelphia community. The 250-acre, 37-building, 2.5 million-sf office, warehousing and distribution project was developed and is owned by Korman Commercial Properties of Trevose, PA.

In the largest transactions, Harcourt Inc. renewed for 40,000 sf of warehouse space for the educational materials it produces, and Evergreen Printing Ink renewed for its existing 35,170 sf in two buildings and expanded to a total of 51,200 sf, according to Hayley Knopple, associate general manager for Interstate Business Park. The two companies are long-time tenants at the sprawling development.
