RCC will build the 6,600-sf space that will be the home of a Giorgio store, and the 2,600-sf space that will house a Donald J. Pliner luxury shoe store. The firm is also handling the construction of a 2,200-sf Cache store. RCC will be working from the plans of a different architect for each of the stores, and it will also take on the interior design aspects.

RCC is an area specialist in retail outlet build outs. Individual store construction marks the final phase of the retail portion of the massive development. The new mall shopping center is scheduled to open on September 27. Rouse broke ground on the project in 2000.
