Fleet Group Names NAI Realvest as Florida Advisor

ORLANDO-Boston-based Fleet Bank's Private Clients Group, the firm's wealth management, has named Maitland-based NAI Realvest as its exclusive real estate advisor in Florida.

ORLANDO-Maitland, FL-based NAI Realvest Partners, Inc. has been named exclusive real estate advisor in Florida by Fleet Private Clients Group, the wealth management division of Boston-based Fleet Bank.

“Fleet Bank is the nation’s seventh largest bank,” says Geof Longstaff, chief operating officer at NAI Realvest and a principal in the firm. “Fleet Private Clients Group is very active in Florida, managing more than $1.3 billion in assets. Our role at NAI Realvest will be to provide expert advice to their clients who own commercial property or who are considering an investment.”

Fleet Private Clients Group plans to open an office in Orlando within the next few weeks. Other Fleet offices are located in Naples, West Palm Beach, Sarasota and Boca Raton.
