The seller is SSR Realty Advisors, an affiliate of Boston-based State Street Research & Management Co., and a subsidiary of New York-based MetLife. Randy Evans and Mike McDonald of the Atlanta office of Eastdil Real Estate Investment Trust represented SSR.
