The shopping center is just south of the intersection of Pleasanton Road and Southwest Military Drive. The pizzeria has relocated to a nearby center with a new H-E-B grocery anchor.
Cynthia Ellison of the San Antonio office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the building owner, Pleasanton Road Shopping Center JV. Modesto Medina III, which operates Rack 'Em, did not have a broker. United Commercial Management manages the shopping center.
In another transaction involving Grubb & Ellis, Parent/Child Inc. renewed a 5,679-sf lease for a day-care center at 5205 Fredericksburg Rd. in San Antonio's west submarket. George Harcourt of Grubb & Ellis acted on behalf of the building owner, Stephen Dufilho, and Steve Raub of Investment Realty negotiated for Parent/Child.
