The 300,000-sf retail center will have eight restaurant and financial pads and 200,000-sf of boxes, small shops and the King Soopers.
"The strong residential growth in the immediate trade area plus the existing east-west access from Stetson along Austin Bluffs to Garden of the God's makes Ridgeview Marketplace an outstanding grocery opportunity," says Gary Fritzler, director of real estate for Kings.
In addition, Cederwood Cos. has begun constructing 280 apartments on 18 acres immediately east of the King Soopers.
The shopping center also is negotiating with a number of other tenants, including FirstBank, Wendy's, Powers'Dental, Schlotsky's, PostNet and Super Cuts.
First Properties Inc. agents Steve Martin and Rich Walker are handling the sales and leasing at the center.
