Brandywine Relocates HQ to Plymouth Meeting

PHILADELPHIA-Brandywine Realty Trust moves its corporate headquarters from Newtown Square, PA to 30,000 sf at 401 Plymouth Road, a 200,000-sf property in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Two regional Pennsylvania offices, Fort Washington and King of Prussia, consolidate at the new headquarters.

The new headquarters is at the intersections of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, the Northeastern Extension, and I 476. A new building at 401 Plymouth Road hashigh-speed voice and data delivery systems and Brandywine's e-Tenants B2B, B2C and facility management web-based portal among other amenities.

Brandywine continues to operate regional offices in Mt. Laurel, NJ and Richmond, VA.
