Located at 1400 S. La Habra Hills Dr., the property features an 18-hole, par 72 championship public golf course and a 10,000-sf clubhouse. Designed by Robert Muir and Damian Pascuzzo, the 155-acre course is terraced into a hillside that stands just southeast of Los Angeles. Due to its location, the property boasts views of the San Gabriel Mountains, Downtown Los Angeles skyline and Pacific Ocean. In fact, in the few years since Westridge Golf Club's opening in 1999, the property has been critically acclaimed for its scenery, as well as its competitiveness.
Calabasas-based Environmental Golf Properties was represented by Tom Harris of CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office. Susan Kim of Lucky R.E.I.M. in Los Angeles acted on behalf of the buyer, Los Angeles-based Westridge Golf Club LLC.
