Edward Kranz comes aboard as a member of the Glen Markman brokerage team for Grubb & Ellis. Recently, the Harvard graduate served as an associate of New York-based Mony Real Estate Investment Management and as regional vice president for the Boston-based March Co. Inc.
Michael Rudman will specialize in investment sales and acquisitions of multi-housing, retail and office buildings for private clients and institutional buyers. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Long Island Board of Realtors.
Steven Goldfarb, a graduate of the University of Michigan, will focus on office sales and leasing in the downtown market as part of a team including senior brokers Howard Grufferman, Michael Gottlieb and Joel Wechsler.
Andrew Geisel, who comes from Newmark & Co. Real Estate Inc., is a graduate of St. Lawrence University. He will be working with senior brokers John Cannon and Howard Rosen in the firm's Midtown office.
Frank Dann has been in the commercial real estate business since 1995 and is now working with Jack O'Connor in Grubb & Ellis' Long Island office. He served as the CEO of a designer jewelry manufacturer, later forming his own company, Frank Dann Ltd.
