Brentwood Business Center Gives Business Owners Options

BRENTWOOD-Colliers International will handle sales and leasing for the San Creek Business Center, which will feature 139,630-sf of space that companies may either lease or buy with a minimal down payment.

BRENTWOOD-Brentwood’s newest business center, the Sand Creek Business Center, is targeting companies that want to buy their own buildings with minimal investments.

Colliers International, a commercial real estate firm, has been awarded the sale and leasing assignment for the new Sand Creek Business Center, a 139,630-sf facility located on Sand Creek Road, west of Highway 4.

“There are very few speculative projects breaking ground right now,” says Mark Triska, senior vice president with Colliers in Pleasanton.”And this project is right-sized for users who might not need 40,000 sf. Sand Creek will enable companies to buy their own buildings with a minimal investment.”
