In addition to the McAllen space, Victory occupies industrial space in nearby Donna and across the border in Reynosa, Mexico. It specializes in the distribution and manufacturing of packing materials.

Victory was represented by David L. Cook, Todd A. Mason and Jeff G. Peden, all of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. Peden tells GlobeSt.com that the lease goes month-to-month for a portion of a 185,598-sf warehouse situated on 20 acres. The deal was structured so Victory could take back the space if needed, he adds. The Cushman & Wakefield team was assisted by local broker David Allex of Allex & Associates in the Rio Grande Valley.

Hunter Douglas Wood Products is a part of the Rotterdam, Netherlands-based Hunter Douglas group. The company produces window coverings and architectural products. The group is comprised of 147 companies with 63 manufacturing and 84 assembly organizations in more than 100 countries.
