Palm Harbor Homes Inks 14-Year Sublease for Four Acres

CHANDLER, AZ-The popular homebuilder adds a location at Lone Butte Industrial Park in Chandler, taking the Texas-based operator to an even dozen retail sites in Arizona. In another deal, a firm leases about 12,000 sf in Tempe.

CHANDLER, AZ-Palm Harbor Homes has closed a 14-year sublease for four acres at Lone Butte Industrial Park at 122 S. Akimel Lane in Chandler. The Texas-based homebuilder has nine company-owned retail locations in Arizona, two independent retail locations as well as factories in Tempe and Casa Grande.

Eddy Moore, with the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis industrial advisory division represented Palm Harbor Homes in the contract with Fleetwood Retail Corp. of Riverside, CA. It too is a manufacturer and retailer for the manufactured home industry.
