According to the terms of the assignment, which was previously held by Charles Dunn Co., Tiarna Real Estate Services will manage 28 properties located in the Los Angeles International Airport vicinity. The buildings, which range in size from 7,000 sf to 61,000 sf, include a diverse tenant base. Occupants include Avis Rent-A-Car, Tyco and LSG Sky Chef.

The properties, which are owned by various partnerships led by Alan Jones and Harvey Kibel, will be managed by Michael McAndrews and Christina Orona of Tiarna Real Estate Services.

The new assignment has boosted Tiarna's total square footage under contract for management and leasing to more than 4.5 million sf since its inception in April 2000. The company, which focuses solely on landlord representation in property management, brokerage and consulting throughout the Western United States, has also handled lease transactions valued at more than $180 million. In addition to its Newport Beach headquarters, Tiarna has offices in Sherman Oaks, CA; Oakland, CA; and Scottsdale, AZ.
