The 14-year-old, $500 million company is leasing a single-tenant building from owner LimaLake Inc. at Rubin ICOT Center, 5830 142nd Ave. North for 10 years at an aggregate rent of $1.6 million or $8 per sf NNN.

In a prepared statement, P.C.B. president/CEO Price Schwenck says the building will be renamed Premier Service Center. The building will house the firm's operations, support, human resources, accounting and finance departments.

P.C.B. is the parent of Premier Community Bank in Pinellas County; Premier Community Bank in Sarasota and Charlotte counties; and Premier Community Bank of Southwest Florida in Lee County.
