Phase I tenants, in addition to Target, include Kohl's, Dick's Clothing and Sporting Goods, and DSW Shoe Warehouse. Phase II is anchored by Jo-Ann Stores, PetSmart, HH Gregg, and Value City Furniture.
The Belden Park Crossings power center is located on I-77, across from the 800,000-sf Belden Village Mall, which is anchored by Kaufmann's, Dillard's and Sears.
DDR owns and manages approximately 220 shopping centers in 41 states with approximately 56 million sf of retail real estate.
