The 36,000-sf Cypress Bend Shopping Center is 70% leased, according to Todd Wallace of the Weitzman Group, which is leasing the center. He says lease documents are out that should increase the occupancy at the neighborhood center. Cencor is the development and management arm of the Weitzman Group, which handles leasing for completed projects.

Tenants include a Goodwill Industries retail store, Signal Eyecare, Great Clips, Country Cleaners and Austin's Pizza. The Goodwill store takes about 10,020 sf, Wallace says. He, David Simmonds and Terri Twomey, all of Dallas-based Weitzman Group's Austin office, are leasing the center.

The shopping center is across Cypress Creek Road from Elizabeth Milburn Community Park. It expands the area's retail element from the corridor surrounding Lakeline Mall and Lakeline Plaza at RM 620 and US Highway183.
