36,000-SF Neighborhood Center Delivers 70% Filled

CEDAR PARK, TX-Contracts are out for more tenants at Cypress Bend, a Cencor Realty project along Cypress Creek Road near Lakeline Mall. The inbound tenants are finishing out their spaces, eyeing a grand opening in three or four weeks.

CEDAR PARK, TX-Cencor Realty has delivered a shopping center in Cedar Park, with tenants now finishing out their spaces. The stores should be open in three to four weeks.

The 36,000-sf Cypress Bend Shopping Center is 70% leased, according to Todd Wallace of the Weitzman Group, which is leasing the center. He says lease documents are out that should increase the occupancy at the neighborhood center. Cencor is the development and management arm of the Weitzman Group, which handles leasing for completed projects.
