The buyer, Pasadena Winter Gardens Inc., has shelled out $1.5 million for the building. Located on a one-acre parcel, the facility stands at 1311 S. Wanamaker Ave., strategically located with Interstate 15 frontage near Jurapa Ave. Built in 1987, the freestanding building includes 3,000 sf of office space. It also features dock-high and ground-level loading, as well as on-site parking for 42 cars.
Kamparts Inc. is the sole tenant in the fully occupied building. The company is reportedly the world's largest supplier of gym parts.George Fitzpatrick of the Ontario office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services acted on behalf of the sellers, The Wright Family Trust. J.W. Lewis Corp. spoke on behalf of Pasadena Winter Gardens Inc.
