Marcus & Millichap Makes Ekovich First VP

ORLANDO-The vice president and regional manager of the Tampa and Orlando offices is also the eastern U.S. director of the firm's National Multi Housing Group. Ekovich has been with Encino, CA-based M&M since 1988.

ORLANDO-Steven M. Ekovich is climbing the corporate ladder at Encino, CA-based Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. The vice president and regional manager of the Tampa and Orlando offices has been promoted to first vice president.

Ekovich is also the eastern U.S. director of the firm’s National Multi Housing Group. He started with M&M in 1988 as sales manager in the Palo Alto, CA office; was named sales manager and later regional manager of the new Atlanta office in 1995; and opened the company’s first Central Florida office in Tampa in 1998 and the Orlando office in 1999.
