Small Businesses Benefit From New Partnership

SEATTLE-Two Seattle companies have joined forces to appeal to small and mid-size businesses in the Seattle area. Officespace.com and SpaceLease.com will now offer tenants leasing information on properties under 3,000-sf.

SEATTLE-In an effort to attract the business of smaller companies and potential tenants, officespace.com and SpaceLease.com, two Seattle-based companies, have partnered in a joint venture to offer tenants information on office space under 3,000-sf.

Through SpaceLease.com’s Website, officespace.com will list more than 3,000 office spaces in the Puget Sound region. The company will market the smaller listings to small and mid-size companies, simplifying the leasing process.

At first, the companies will only offer service in the King, Pierce, Snohomish and Thurston county markets. However, the service will expand if its launch is successful, possibly branching out to other markets, including Portland, Denver and Ohio.
