Crow Hires Former Cresa Partners Pro to Go After Tenant Rep Business

MIAMI-Carter W. Hopkins Jr., who comes from a family involved in Miami real estate development since the 1920s, is the new vice president of brokerage services in the Miami office of Trammell Crow Co.

MIAMI-Looking to grow its tenant representation business in South Florida, Trammell Crow Co. has hired Carter W. Hopkins Jr. as vice president of brokerage services in the Miami office.

Hopkins leaves Cresa Partners where he focused on corporate representation since 1997. At Crow, Hopkins will focus on growing the firm’s corporate advisory services business in South Florida, working with Bob Orban, senior vice president/office tenant representation.TCC completed 4.5 million sf of tenant rep transactions in Florida in 2001.

“The tenant representation business in the Miami market holds great opportunity for us and Carter brings all the right skills to accelerate our business down here,” Orban says in a prepared statement.
