Crow Signs GSA to 167,000-SF, $32M Office Lease in Jacksonville

ORLANDO-The 10-year contract brings the 17-year-old, 19-story, 700,000-sf Two Prudential Plaza in Downtown to 100% occupancy. The deal took eight months to do because the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was scouting other sites.

ORLANDO-In the largest office lease of the year in Jacksonville, FL, the federal General Services Administration is putting the U.S. Corps of Army Engineers into 167,000 sf at the 700,000-sf, 19-story Two Prudential Plaza.

The 10-year lease, with an average asking rent of $18.50 per sf, has an aggregate value of $31.73 million.

The transaction brings the landmark 17-year-old building at 701 San Marco Boulevard in the Southbank area of Downtown Jacksonville to 100% occupancy.
