The sale price is not disclosed. Brokers who operate throughout Berks County tell GlobeSt.com that the asking price for such class-A office buildings is about $19 per sf.
The sale is being handled by a team from the Philadelphia office of Insignia/ESG, headed by Robert Zwenger, senior director of that office, and Michael Margolis, Alan Razak and Bill Wolf.
