JDrew will focus on offering brokerage services to emerging growth companies and small businesses in the Atlanta market. Drew's company is based in Sandy Springs, GA, outside Atlanta.
Prior to working for Staubach, Drew worked in the Atlanta office of Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis Inc. He has been in the real estate industry in Atlanta for more than 20 years.
Martin heads Dallas-based Granite Properties' Southeast regional office in Atlanta. Granite opened the Atlanta office a year ago and has interests in the area's One Glenlake and Centergy One office properties. Martin will be developing additional investment and acquisition opportunities for Granite in the Atlanta-area markets.
Martin leaves locally based-Goddard Investment Group, a firm started last year by Robert Goddard, with whom Martin has worked for more than a decade.
