Both properties, built during the late 1970s and early 1980s, are at near 100% occupancy with a diverse mix of tenants. Together they encompass 765,839 sf. Brandywine is reportedly shifting its strategy to focus on office properties.
The Philadelphia-based Flynn Company handled the transaction. In a separate transaction, Flynn sold Media Office Park West in Media, PA in Delaware County to an undisclosed buyer for $1.1 million.
The 24,000-sf, two-building complex at 605 West State Street in Media, was owned by J. Paul Skelly, a private investor. Flynn represented Skelly in the transaction.
