The building stands on a 59,546-sf parcel located at 3210 Croddy Way. Built in 1977, it features four ground-level loading doors, an 18-ft clear height, 400 amps of power and a 2:1 parking ratio.

Activity has begun to pick up in the Orange County industrial market, as the region's manufacturing sector has been in recovery mode since the first quarter of this year. Chapman University's Composite Index, which measures manufacturing activity in Orange County, jumped sharply from 35.6 in the fourth quarter of 2001 to 56.3 in the first quarter of 2002.
These figures signal an end to the recession in Orange County and beginning of recovery, as any value of more than 50 indicates growth for the region.
