Momenta Inc., which develops wireless communications technology, has moved to highFLEX Technology Accelerator I building in the far northwest submarket's Riata project. It's taken 4,191 sf in the building, increasing its space by about 35% over what it had at 6615 Vaught Ranch Rd. in the northwest submarket.

Greg Johnston of Colliers acted on behalf of Momenta. Kevin Kimbrough, also of Colliers, represented the building owner, Highflex Technology Center Ltd.

Momenta's products help users of mobile devices tap into their companies' systems to get access to databases, intranets and other resources. It received $5 million in venture funding in 2000.

In the other deal, Johnston represented Ear Specialists of Austin, which expanded its space in the Plaza 7000 building at 7000 N. MoPac Expressway, by 822 sf. In adding a complementary business, Balance Therapy, Dr. James Kemper's practice now has about 4,500 sf in the building. Steve McMillon of the Kucera Cos. represented the building owner, the Kucera Cos.
