CenterPoint Gets Tenant for Former Dominick's HQ

NORTHLAKE, IL-Freudenberg Household Products leases 254,000 sf at 505 Railroad Ave., which until last year was headquarters and warehouse for Dominick's Finer Foods, to consolidate its Roll-O-Matic Mop and Vileda cleaning products divisions.

NORTHLAKE, IL-Freudenberg Household Products has leased 254,000 sf at the former Dominick’s Finer Foods headquarters and warehouse here, where it will consolidate Roll-O-Matic Mop and Vileda cleaning products divisions. Four western Cook county and city locations will be consolidated at 505 Railroad Ave.

CenterPoint Properties Trust bought 505 Railroad Ave. along with 333 Northwest Ave. from Safeway Inc., parent company of Dominick’s Finer Foods, almost a year ago, for $7.65 million.
