Coca-Cola Bottling has just signed a lease to temporarily occupy 50,000 sf at 401 Washington Ave. here, a asset owned by Whitehall Industrial Properties of Edison, NJ. Greg Sholom and David Cantor of Team Resources of Carlstadt represented the owner in the transaction. Dan Foley of Strategic Alliance represented the tenant.
