APS has leased 5,693 sf at 33 Cypress Blvd. in the Round Rock development, a project of Burke Real Estate Group. The company almost doubles the amount of space it had at 13009-B Dessau Rd. It has 22 employees in Austin and seven in San Antonio. The development's location near Interstate 35 will help APS reach clients from North Austin to Waco. A Kyocera Mita dealer, APS equipment includes copiers, fax machines and printers.

Barbara Goergen of Goergen Properties in Round Rock represented APS. Jerry Heare and Casey Borgers, both of NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Co. in Austin, worked out the terms for the development owner.

Goergen tells GlobeSt.com that she had looked for two years to find a suitable location for APS, one that offered space for its office staff and loading docks for the sometimes large copying equipment. It had been operating out of several buildings. The company will set up shop in the 74,880-sf Building C, which has 24 loading docks.
