Shamrock over the past five years has redeveloped the 560,000-sf San Fernando Valley office project, which formerly was an aerospace research center and is 98% leased. Tenants include Boeing, Computer Associates, Countrywide Mortgage, IBM, Pitney Bowes, Software Dynamics and Xerox.

The redevelopment included repairs and renovations required after the Northridge earthquake, notes George J. Buchler, president of Shamrock's real estate division.

The site originally was developed by TRW between 1958 and 1966, when it was acquired by Hughes Aircraft Co., which conducted aerospace research and development at the site until 1994.
