Pending approval of county officials, the site is scheduled for completion in August 2004.The land is at the intersection of Spence Road and Oakley Industrial Blvd., adjacent to the Fayette County line.
ADESA currently operates a 64-acre auction facility in Newnan County, GA. It is a subsidiary of Duluth, MN-based ALLETE, Inc., a vehicle remarketing company. Through a network of subsidiaries, ADESA operates 50 wholesale vehicle auction sites in the United States and Canada.
Among its clients are DaimlerChrysler Factory, Chrysler Financial, Bank One, Wachovia Bank, Household Auto Finance, and the Budget, Dollar and Thrifty Rent a Car auto rental companies.
