The Mine Shaft Family Fun Center consists of a three-story arcade building, 36-hole miniature golfing course and batting cage. Located off Highway 50 in Rancho Cordova, the property has nearly a mile of Highway 50 frontage, which Willis believes will be beneficial to the attraction.

The entertainment center had been closed for nearly two years before Willis acquired the property. In addition to renovations, Willis plans to add a go-cart track to the center. And, if he can secure approvals, he hopes to develop several car, boat and recreational vehicle dealerships along the property.

Herb Grabell of Grubb & Ellis represented both Willis and the seller, a private lender who foreclosed on the site two years ago. Willis hopes to have the center up and running by next year.
