AUSTIN-Regus Business Centres has filled 20,000 sf in the CBD and northwest Austin submarket, closing pacts with eight tenants. Regus has a center on the second floor of Plaza 7000 at 7000 N. MoPac Expressway and the fourth and 19th floors of One Congress Plaza at 111 N. Congress Ave.

Regus was represented by Volney Campbell and Erin Morales, both of CB Richard Ellis Inc., and Ted Mueller of Regus.

Allied Waste Management, based in Scottsdale, AZ, moved a regional office to Austin from Denver, taking 4,000 sf at Regus’ One Congress Plaza. Jeff Lovaas and Mike Buls from Buls-Hodge Consulting represented Allied Waste.
