Emmis, also the publisher of Los Angeles Magazine, formerly occupied 9,638 sf in the building, says Rosey Miller of Julien J. Studley Inc., who represented Emmis with Jason Green of Studley.

Miller notes the transaction was one of five deals recently completed by Studley that involved relocating and negotiating office space for companies within the entertainment industry, one of the biggest users of office space in Burbank.

The landlord, CarrAmerica Realty Corp. was represented by Andy Fishburn, senior vice president for leasing.
