The land is located on Route 611 near Route 73 on the outskirts of Elkins, PA.
The Cradle of Liberty Council is the third largest Boy Scout council in the US. Created in 1996, it serves more than 87,000 youths in Pennsylvania's Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
The King of Prussia, PA office of locally based-Binswanger/CBB handled the transaction for the council.
