The seller, HMS Gateway Office LP, sold the complex to the private partnership for nearly $50 million. The 901 Gateway Blvd. property, known as Gateway Tech Center 1, is a three-story flex building that was built in 1999. The 110,000-sf site is fully leased to Theravance Inc., pharmaceutical company.
The 951 Gateway Blvd., also known as Gateway Tech Center 2, is a three-story flex building built in May 2002. The 60,428-sf property is also fully leased to Theravance Inc.
Gary Willard, Tom Hayes, Dave Lardner and Linda Marie Santiago represented both HMS and the buyer in the sale. Hines Real Estate Company originally developed the property.
