He will manage Binswanger's nationwide sales force, identifying new markets and spearheading its business expansion in major metropolitan areas such as Los Angeles, Seattle, Minneapolis and McLean, VA and Teterboro, NJ.

Young brings 25 years of corporate real estate industry experience to the post. He is the former managing director of Boston-based CSFB Realty Corp., a Credit Suisse First Boston company under the umbrella of Zurich-based Credit Suisse Group.

Young is a member of the Urban Land Institute and sits on the advisory board of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

In his new post, Young will serve as liaison between Binswanger's U.S. division and Binswanger/CBB International, based in Philadelphia and headed by Frank G. Binswanger III, president. The company is a member of UK- and Germany-based Chesterton Blumenauer Binswanger, which has 160 offices worldwide.
