Currently a mainly industrial site, a section 106 agreement will require the joint developers to provide some 25% affordable housing and a financial contribution to the Runnymede Travel Initiative, a Council scheme to promote sustainable modes of transport.
The developers plan to build out site by 2006. Drivers Jonas acted as planning consultants and will be marketing the scheme.
