Of the park's 1.9 million sf of manufacturing, office and warehouse space, 306,000 sf are "out of service," according to Hines. Another 265,000 sf of high-bay mezzanine space is unoccupied. As a result, usable space in the complex is 81% occupied. An additional 755,000 sf can be developed on the site.

Lead tenants in the park include Bedford Heights, OH-based Olympic Steel; the Mid-Atlantic regional office of the Washington, DC-based General Services Administration; Boston-based Iron Mountain, which is a document-storage company; Philadelphia-based Keystone Mercy Health Plan; and Extec USA, a locally based supplier of screening and crushing equipment.

Robert Fahey and Michael Blunt of the financial services group of the Philadelphia-based office of C&W join Hines in the marketing effort.
