PHILADELPHIA-Tinicum Industrial Park, a 15-acre site containing 15 buildings adjacent to the Philadelphia International Airport in Lester, PA in Delaware County is up for sale. The asking price is $25 million, Michael Hines of the local office of New York-based Cushman & Wakefield tells GlobeSt.com.

Of the park’s 1.9 million sf of manufacturing, office and warehouse space, 306,000 sf are “out of service,” according to Hines. Another 265,000 sf of high-bay mezzanine space is unoccupied. As a result, usable space in the complex is 81% occupied. An additional 755,000 sf can be developed on the site.
