The property is at 500 Northside Circle NW, near the 140-acre, mixed-use Atlantic Station project under construction at the former Atlantic Steel mill at the northern edge of the Downtown Connector.
When completed, Atlantic Station will contain 12 million sf of retail, office, residential and hotel space along with a new aquarium. It is being developed by locally based-Jacoby Development.
Hartford Place was built in 1971 and is 91% leased. The seller is New York-based Sentinel Real Estate Corp.
