MIAMI–Chipping away at the competitive South Florida retail market, Bryason Realty Corp. of Boca Raton, FL has signed two national tenants to five year leases totaling 12,603 sf with an estimated aggregate value of $1.32 million.

Family Dollar Stores Inc. is taking 10,080 sf at an estimated aggregate rent of $1 million or about $20 per sf at the 20-year-old, 100%-leased Crystal Plaza shopping center at Sample Road and Military Trail in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Area brokers familiar with the Sample Road-Military Trail submarket tell GlobeSt.com on condition of anonymity the estimated rent in that area is $20 per sf.
