Ann Hui, a vice president at landlord Westcore Industrial Properties, tells GlobeSt.com that the space houses offices of the Social Security Administration, which has been in the building since 1991.

The Social Security Administration is on floors one and two of the five-story building, which includes three stories of underground parking."I think this location has worked well for them because it's convenient for transportation and ease of access" for Social Security workers as well as clientele, Hui says, because the building is close to bus lines and the subway.

The GSA's new lease includes "some refurbishments" but no major renovations as part of its tenant improvements.Hui represented Westcore as the agent for 2600 Wilshire Investment Co. The General Services Administration represented itself.
