Hill Raaum-Pietromonaco, which develops and manages large amounts of industrial space, has expanded its holdings to approximately 60 buildings with 4.6 million-sf of space, with the closing of the 11-acre Tully deal.
Tally AG plans to leaseback its 133,000-sf headquarters building from the company for at least one year at an undisclosed rate, before it relocates to a new, modern facility. Brett Hartzell of CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal on behalf of both companies.
The Tally headquarters, which is located at 8301 S.E. 180th St., is situated in front of a 102,000-sf distribution building built by Hill-Raaum on a 6.6-acre lot it purchased from Tally in 1999.
