Mills' more than 13 years of real estate experience throughout the Mid-Atlantic region include leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and third-party management contracts. He has completed more than 3 million sf of transactions under assignment for such clients as NFL Films, Beneficial Savings Bank, drustore.com, Advance PCS, and Office Max.
His institutional and corporate clients have included Aetna, Principal Financial Group, Cigna, Baxter International, Mobil, GE Capital and Mohasco Corp. Before joining Hayden last year, Mills worked for Staubach Co., Trammell Crow Co., and two regionaldevelopers.
