Regus Adds More Corporate Users

LONDON-Serviced office operator Regus has signed more corporate deals across its European business centres as part of its drive to rebrand itself as a corporate outsourcing specialist.

LONDON-Serviced office operator Regus has signed several more corporate outsourcing deals across Europe. The company says that the growing trend in office outsourcing reflects the trend for occupiers to switch to shorter and more flexible terms of occupation.

In Amsterdam, Starbucks Coffee has signed an 81 workstation deal under a contract worth £120,000, to locate part of its European and Middle East divisional headquarters at the Regus Teleport Tower business centres. The 960-workstation building is one of the largest purpose-built business centres in Europe and is located to the west of Amsterdam on the A10 ring road.
